Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the GP360 application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GP360. We encourage you to read them carefully.
2. Service Description
GP360 is a digital collaborative shipping platform that enables individuals and businesses to organize, join and manage group shipping events worldwide.
Key features include:
- Creating and publishing shipping events.
- Joining existing shipments (Individuals only).
- Collaborative management between businesses and individuals designated as collaborators.
- Package tracking and real-time notifications.
- Calculation and billing of service fees.
3. Account Types and Eligibility
3.1 Individual Account
Available to adults (18 years or older) residing anywhere in the world. An Individual account holder may:
- Create shipping events.
- Join other members' shipments.
- Accept collaboration invitations from businesses.
3.2 Business Account
Available to legally incorporated entities. A Business account holder may:
- Create and publish shipping events.
- Invite Individuals as collaborators to manage their shipments.
- Access an advanced management dashboard.
Business accounts cannot join shipments as recipients.
3.3 Registration
Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Service Fees
Individual Account: $1.00 CAD per kilogram shipped.
Business Account: $1.25 CAD per kilogram shipped.
These GP360 service fees are in addition to the base shipping costs negotiated between participants. They are calculated on the weight declared by the participant or organizer at the time of submission.
No monthly subscription or registration fee is required. Billing is entirely based on actual usage.
In the event of a significant discrepancy between declared and actual weight confirmed at shipping, GP360 reserves the right to adjust fees accordingly, with prior notification to the user.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including:
- The actual weight and dimensions of your packages.
- The nature of the shipped contents (no illegal contents).
- Recipient contact information.
- Your full identity and valid email address.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Declare fraudulent or underestimated weights to reduce fees.
- Ship illegal, hazardous or counterfeit goods.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Attempt unauthorized access to GP360's systems or data.
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited solicitation.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
Any violation may result in suspension or permanent deletion of the account, without refund.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are granted in the following situations:
- Cancellation before deadline: full refund of service fees if you cancel your participation before the deadline set by the shipment organizer.
- Organizer cancellation: full refund if the shipping event is cancelled by its creator.
- Service failure: in the event of a proven technical error attributable to GP360 that caused financial harm.
No refund is granted for fees resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user (incorrect weight, wrong address).

7. Intellectual Property
The GP360 application, its source code, graphics, logo and text are the exclusive property of GP360 and are protected by Canadian intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
GP360 acts as an intermediary platform facilitating the connection between shippers. GP360 is not a carrier and does not take physical possession of packages.
GP360 shall not be liable for:
- Losses, damages or delays related to physical transportation operations.
- Indirect, consequential or incidental damages resulting from use of the service.
- Service interruptions due to causes beyond our control (force majeure).
- Actions or omissions of third-party users on the platform.
GP360's total liability to you is limited to the service fees actually paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension and Termination
GP360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these Terms, without notice or refund in cases of proven fraud.
You may delete your account at any time from the application. See the detailed procedure on the Delete Account page.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified to you by email or via the application with 30 days' notice for substantial changes. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Canadian law, and more specifically by the laws of the province of Quebec. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada.
