An Individual account can create shipments AND join other members' shipments. When organizing a shipment, the GP360 commission is 10% of the amount. A Business account can only create shipments and invite individuals as collaborators; its organizer commission is 12%. In both cases a CAD 1.00 minimum applies, and no subscription is required.

It is calculated when the organizer accepts the participation, based on the weight they record at that point — not the weight estimated at request time —, then charged to their card when the participant confirms. Example: a participant hands over 5 kg at $8.00 per kilogram, that is $40.00, which they pay directly to the organizer; if the organizer has an individual account, GP360 charges 10%, or $4.00, to their card. The participant pays $40.00 and nothing more. A minimum applies when the percentage yields less — CAD 1.00, €1.00, US$1.00 or XOF 650 depending on the currency: on a $3.00 shipment the commission is $1.00, not $0.30. It never exceeds the shipment amount. No registration or monthly subscription fees.

A collaborator is an individual invited by a business to co-manage a shipment. As a collaborator, you can access shipment details, manage participations, confirm deliveries and update statuses — on behalf of the business. The invitation is sent through the app and must be accepted by the individual.

In the GP360 app: Profile → Delete my account, then your password. The deletion is immediate and permanent: your identity is erased, and your shipments, reviews and messages remain with other members as "Deleted member". No. The app does not ask for access to your location and does not collect it.

GP360 does not collect the shipping price: you pay it directly to the organizer, and any refund is settled with them. GP360 does not refund the price and does not settle disagreements; the in-app messaging lets you reach each other. If you are an organizer: no commission is due until the participant has confirmed; once charged, it is not refundable, except in case of a GP360 error.
