Frequently Asked Questions

An Individual account can create shipments AND join other members' shipments. The service fee is $1.00/kg. A Business account can only create shipments and invite Individuals as collaborators. The fee is $1.25/kg. No subscription required for either type.
Service fees are calculated based on the total declared weight of your packages when joining a shipment. If you ship 5 kg as an Individual, the GP360 fee is 5 × $1.00 = $5.00 CAD. These fees are added to the base shipping costs. There are no registration or monthly subscription fees.
A collaborator is an Individual invited by a Business to co-manage a shipment. As a collaborator, you can access shipment details, manage participations, confirm deliveries and update statuses — on behalf of the business. The invitation is sent through the app and must be accepted by the Individual.
You can delete your account in the GP360 app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. The deletion is permanent and your data will be erased within 30 days. If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to support@gp360.ca. See our Delete Account page for the full procedure.
No. Geolocation is only collected if you explicitly grant permission on your device, and only when the app is active (never in the background). It is used to display nearby shipments and track your packages in transit. You can revoke this permission at any time in your iOS or Android device settings.
A refund is possible if you cancel your participation before the deadline set by the organizer, or if the shipping event is cancelled by its creator. To request a refund, contact support@gp360.ca with the shipment number. See our Terms of Service for more details.
